Fill Your Cup
Self-love is your secret superpower. You can only give what you have. You can't give what you don't have. Many people don't fill their cups.
What does this mean? It means you have to practice the art of self-care.
Go swimming, go hiking, do what you love. Take care of yourself first. As long as you're neglecting yourself and trying to help people: You're not going to help people. And you're not going to help yourself.
When you're taking good care of the 'inside' you, your emotions, and how you look, you get a lot more to give. Self-love starts with self-care. So fill your cup before you start filling other people's cups. With self-care, you crack open the beautiful gateway to self-love, which is the secret to becoming your greatest version.
Many of us are in jobs that do not serve us. Do not live for the outside world. Let go of any job that is not making you happy. What you're doing for most of your day is either increasing your self-love or making you hate yourself.
